Amazing hotel with everything you need. The pool, the gym, spa, and other recreational activities is top notch. The hospitality is exceptional. Philippino has the greatest respect ever. You will always love the people. They great your from the heart and respectful. Jade was the best, cleaned our rooms, sort us out with amenities. Amazing bloke of a person. You won't regret booking this Amazing hotel. The breakfast is amazing. Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Close to pretty much everything you need. The mall is close by if you want to go out to eat. The staff are friendly and reliable. Tell you what you need to know. Just book it and enjoy the Amazing experience of Makati and Manila. I'm coming back for another stay.

It is a 5-star hotel, so everything was mostly good as expected. They have a good selection of wines and Champagnes.

Second of 3 overall stays during me and my wife's Asia trip celebrating a milestone birthday of hers. Exceptional and unquestionable service as always. This is why they have the reputation they have. Tried their lobby restaurant which was fantastic from what we ordered and left us more satiated than we expected with no room for dessert. Highly recommended as always. We will be returning again for our final stay in 10 days (as of the 14th of March) and as per our first stay, we were able to leave some of our non essential luggage with them for safe keeping. A++

A very comfy, very classy hotel, placed in a very good neighborhood (financial district, old airport tower, close to current airport and few malls). Very polite staff and very exquisite atmosphere.

"Wonderful Stay at Shangri-La Makati" I had a fantastic stay at Shangri-La Makati. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was exceptional – the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Makati, close to malls, restaurants, and key attractions. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Manila.

Location design of hôtel services staff all. Everything was perfect. Mr Erik from the desk office is very nice good man, helped us and care us a lot. Professionnel smile always. He desseves very good appréciation.

Everything was perfect. Very well organised and super friendly staff. It was just a very relaxing and great stay. The breakfast was very nice. The buffet is extremely diverse.

The hotel isn't too far from the airport. The staff were brilliant, helpful, fast and great at communicating. The room itself is spacious, clean and enough for 2 nights stay. Excellent sized gym with sauna, steam room, cold dip and jacuzzi attached.

Booked for my mom and her friend for an event. She said it was nice. Event was okay. She did not complain about anything which was good.
